Orit Arfa is a journalist for The Jerusalem Post and author of The Settler, a novel of modern Israel. Born and raised in Los Angeles but having lived in Israel for over a decade, Orit has based herself in Berlin for the summer of 2016 to work on her next novel, a post-Holocaust erotic novel, while writing about life and the Israeli/Jewish community in the German capital. Orit's writing often reconciles contradictory worlds - secular and religious, left and right - to help solve world conflicts, and the conflicts within ourselves. She also paints and writes music.
